Can I add more than 20 countries for my business ID?
When creating your Viber Business Profile, you can add up to twenty countries to send messages as part of the standard business ID configuration.
If you’re planning to send messages to more than twenty countries consistently or in a given month, it’s possible to add more countries manually.
