Why can’t I edit my already submitted templates?

Currently, WhatsApp does not allow companies to edit Templated Messages after they have been approved or rejected. You will need to submit another one with the desired changes or corrections.

To differentiate from previous Templated Messages, we suggest changing the template’s name slightly to avoid confusion(eg. welcome_v1, welcome_v2).
