How does the autoreply feature work?
If a business does not set up a message URL, Viber automatically triggers an autoreply to the user.
This is how auto-reply message looks like:
<business name> does not currently receive messages. Go to chat info for more contact information.
The text language will be localized according to the user’s device language.
Currently, the default auto-reply message is not customizable. The opportunity for a business to customize this auto-reply message will be available in the future.
Last but not least, businesses will not be charged for auto-reply messages under any circumstances.
