Why has Viber rejected my request for a Business Profile?

There are two reasons why Viber rejects an application for a Business Profile:

  • The company’s industry is banned from using Viber Business Messages. If that’s the case, Viber’s rejection decision is final and an appeal does not qualify. 
  • The company has provided incorrect information or an admin error has occurred. In that case, our team reaches out to Viber for clarification, so we can revert the decision.
