How can I get the API key to set up my Viber Business Profile?

The API key and API key name are important information in the setup of your Viber Business Profile. You will have to create an account or login to tyntec’s customer portal to retrieve this information.

 

Once you have an account, all you have to do is click on “API Settings” and then on the button “New API key” at the top:

ℹ️ Once you fill out the Viber Setup form, you will add the “API key name” information.  We will associate your Viber Business Profile to this account and you can access it using the key provided in your account at tyntec’s customer portal.
