Partner Manager (m/f/d)
What you will be doing:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of business partners (mobile operators, aggregators, and enterprises) at executive and day-to-day level
- Build and execute comprehensive account development plans for each partner
- Identify and drive initiatives to strengthen key relationships, grow (bilateral) business, and reinforce tyntec’s value proposition
- Experience in fast paced day trading activities with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
- Act as point of escalation to support other business areas
- Represent tyntec at industry events and conferences
Who we are looking for:
- Significant telecom industry experience in A2P SMS with a mobile operator or aggregator
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving results
- Skilled negotiator, experienced with contracts and service level agreements
- Solid understanding of SMS technology and the technical aspects of messaging services
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Compliance-oriented, yet creative and solution-driven
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills and a professional, assertive manner
- Fluent in English and open to international travel
